1. Minimum 8 – 10 years relevant experiences in operational risk measurement and management or similar

2. Experience in handling end to end Business Continuity Plan activities from Risk Assessment to Testing and Exercising in banking environment

1. Minimum 7 years experience in accounting and finance function

2. Maintain internal and functional controls on all financial process to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

3. Formulate and design fees and/or pricing structure/mechanism for products and services offered by the Company

1. Minimum 12 years of experience of combination in private legal practice and relevant in-house counsel for financial Institutions or big corporation

2. Strong technical knowledge both in law and Islamic finance

3. Must be familiar with banking and on corporate law generally

1. Minimum 7 to 10 years or more hands-on experience or more than 15 to 20 years relevant experience in the capacity of Chief Information Officer (CIO), Head of IT Risk, Head of IT audit or Head of IT Security

2. Hands-on working experience on best practice standards for cyber resilience such as FMI Cyber Resilience Guidelines, BNM GPIS, MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines, ISO27001, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Centre for Internet Security (CIS) or equivalent
